Before Hepworth Plasma Craft took shape, Hepworth Metalworks was where it all began – and those services are still very much available today.

Established in 2015 as a family-run partnership, Hepworth Metalworks has built a solid reputation for quality fabrication, welding, and repair work across the Hunter region. The business began trading under the name Hepworth Metalworks in 2018, continuing its commitment to reliable, practical solutions backed by hands-on experience.

Now based in Elderslie near Branxton, the business is fully equipped for mobile work. Jobs are regularly completed from Branxton to Scone, with projects also taken on in areas such as Bolton Point on the Central Coast, Oran Park in Sydney, and Wollombi in the Cessnock LGA.

All fabrication and welding work is carried out by Russell Hepworth, a qualified Boilermaker with over 20 years of industry experience. From full fabrication jobs to irrigation repairs, aluminium welding, and all kinds of repairs and maintenance, Russell brings the skills, equipment, and attention to detail needed to get the job done right.
