Hepworth Plasma Craft is a family-owned and operated business based just outside Branxton in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Together, Russell and Lee-Anne are committed to delivering high-quality metal works and beautiful designs. While Russell is originally from Victoria, Lee-Anne's family has been in the area for generations, and we returned here from the Upper Hunter in 2021 to settle into the Branxton community and raise our three young sons.

Russell is a qualified boilermaker with 20 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication, and over a decade of self-employment. He brings the sparks, skills, and precision to every piece. Lee-Anne handles the design side—turning your ideas, logos, and rough sketches into finished artworks ready to be cut in steel. There’s also plenty of crossover and collaboration between our roles, ensuring we both bring our expertise to every project and deliver the best possible results.

Under our Hepworth Metalworks trading name, Russell provides mobile welding and metal fabrication services across the Hunter Valley. Through Hepworth Plasma Craft, we offer a wide range of custom-made signs, fire pits, and decorative pieces—many of which can be customised or ordered through our website.
